Hi! I’m Stephanie. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified Women’s Health Coach trained in integrative functional medicine. I have over 5 years of clinical experience in women’s health and have worked with hundreds of women on their paths towards healing. I’d be honored to join you on yours.

There’s unfortunately no magic pill for health and western medicine is not well equipped to manage chronic conditions at their roots. But, that doesn’t mean that healing isn’t possible.

Here at Synchronized Health, our curated program takes an integrative approach to healing. Together with your medical team we’ll work to identify and address symptoms at their source. Then, through small, consistent action steps we’ll work to slow or reverse disease processes, reduce symptoms and improve your quality of life.

Health coaching puts you in the drivers seat and operates from the perspective that you are the expert in your own body. You bring your health goals, values and vision to the table and set the stage for how we reach them - but, throughout your 12 session program, we’ll have the opportunity to explore the following topics:

Nutrition & Digestive Health - We’ll make sure you’re consuming adequate micro and macronutrients, assess gut health, identify food sensitivities and triggers and create a tailored plan that fits you, your body and your life-style.

Stress & Adrenal Health - We’ll look at your stress management resources, identify stress triggers and nourish your nervous system to regulate cortisol and reduce systemic inflammation.

Sleep & Circadian Rhythm - We’ll implement sleep hygiene and circadian rhythm regulating habits to ensure you’re body is getting adequate sleep for healing

Hormone & Menstrual Cycle Health - We track your menstrual cycle and symptoms over the course of several months to identify imbalances and support key pathways for restoring hormone health.

Movement & Exercise - We’ll find out the ways that you enjoy moving and develop a plan for getting back to having movement as a regular part of your life. Over time we’ll optimize your performance in sport if that’s a goal for you.

Team & Resource Building - We’ll develop a robust, multidisciplinary resource team to facilitate your healing journey.

Functional Lab Testing - We’ll either work with your physician or order direct to consumer labs to get answers about the root cause of your symptoms.

Your Personal Values & Vision for Health - We always start with identifying your individual vision for health and core value system. Everything we do is held up to these things as our guideposts to make sure that your actions feel aligned with your personal vision and values.

Third. Complete intake paperwork and choose your payment plan (3 and 6 month payment options available for the Hormone Resilience Program, payment is collected via Stripe, a secure, online platform)

Fourth. Schedule your sessions (You’ll receive a link to schedule your virtual appointments)

Fifth. Receive your welcome package in the mail! (Goodies to support your healing journey delivered to your doorstep!)

Sixth. Attend your first session where we’ll map out our plan for getting you back to feeling like yourself again!

Hormone Resilience Program

12 week, one-on-one coaching program

What’s included:

12, one-on-one health coaching sessions including a 90 minute initial visit, followed by 45 minute follow up sessions, spread out at intervals customized to your needs and goals.

  • Accountability support and check-ins between sessions via text and email

  • Tools and strategies from evidenced-based research and resources

  • PDFs to go along with coaching exercises we’ll do

  • Lab testing discounts and interpretation support (cost of labs not included in the program)

  • Activity data analysis from wearables (Garmin, Apple, Oura Ring, Whoop, Coros, etc) to customize your weekly action steps to what your body needs (cost of wearables not included in the program)

  • Access to membership portal with exclusive recipes, videos, bonus blogs and more!

90 minute Power Hour

Not ready to fully commit?

I get it, diving into a full program can be intimidating. It requires significant time and financial investment and that means you have to feel all in.

For those wanting to test the waters, I offer a 90 minute power hour. During this 90 minutes we’ll talk about your history and health goals and get you started with a game plan for healing.

You’ll leave feeling empowered with several strategies to calm down your symptoms and promote root cause healing.
